  • All current Codex armies as of army list cut-off date.
    In addition, the following may be taken:
    - Forces chosen from Codex Daemonhunters & Witch Hunters may take inducted Space Marine or Imperial Guard allies; Codex Space Marine & Imperial Guard armies may take Daemonhunter or Witch Hunter allies as per the codices;
    - Imperial Armour lists are permitted (e.g. Death Korps, Renegades, Imperial Battlegroup), with correct Forgeworld models; you must first confirm with us first;
    - Genestealer Cults are legal as per the Bell of Lost Souls codex. We feel that BoLS are are leaders internationally in the 40K community, and that their rules additions are fair and balanced.

    - Codex Tyranids 2010 will not be legal this year, due to the late release date
    - Allies may not be taken, except Daemonhunter or Witch Hunter allies as above;

    - Chapter Approved from WD are not permitted, but feel free to ask;
    - No Apocalypse datafaxes or Apocalypse rules;
    - No lists or codices superseded by later publications: e.g. no Feral Orks, no Lost and the Damned (use Imperial Armour Renegade list), no Codex Catachans, etc.;
    - Black Templars, Dark Angels, Blood Angels must use the rules and wargear from their own Codex; they cannot mix wargear from Codex Space Marines 2009.
  • If in doubt about whether your army is legal, please ask first!

++ THE BLOOD RULE ++

We believe that the best thing about tournaments is meeting new players. To this end, we have introduced the "Blood Rule", which allows players to be guaranteed that they do not have to fight players they face regularly. You may nominate someone under the following conditions:

  • Someone you are related to (e.g. a brother)

  • Someone you have traveled from country Victoria with

  • Someone you have traveled from interstate with

  • Someone you work with

  • Someone you live with

  • Someone else for whom you have just cause to blood rule

If you believe you are eligible, then contact us before the tournament, and tell us why.
